Choir is Treated!

LHS Choir Director Mrs. Amy Bayer is excited to share that her choir students had a real treat this week. The ENMU Chamber Singers and Swanee Singers under the direction of ENMU Choir Director Jason Paulk, and LHS Alumni Chandler Head came and gave them a concert! They sang several songs, including modern and old, showing our students the power of the voice. Chandler Head sing as well, showing just what students could accomplish with a little work. The students stayed to mentor our students, telling what the ENMU choral program has to offer them if they choose to seek a career in music, and showing them that belonging to a choir is a great way to make friends and build relationships with people who have the same common interest in music! It was a great day! Thank you, Mrs. Bayer, for bringing such a treat to the LHS Choir!
