Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Fifth-graders in Ms. Kelly's Science classes were engaged in a classification inquiry lab that is developing their observation and logical reasoning skills. They sorted items by characteristic type and then graphed the results. They put their results in a bar graph, which connected science to math! Thank you, Ms. Kelly for making connections across the curriculum!
