Starting this school year, a new Texas law will require all students to keep their personal communication devices off, out of sight, and unused during the school day, including lunch and passing periods. This includes cell phones, Smartwatches, tablets, personal laptops, Earbuds, headphones, and Bluetooth-enabled devices.
