We’re excited to share more amazing artwork from our LISD Art Program! Art encourages creative thinking and emotional expression, and we’re proud to offer art opportunities on every campus in our district. These talented LHS and LMS students enjoy using art as a meaningful outlet each day alongside their academic work. Ms. Jackson's 6th-grade LMS students were challenged to create a hand with each part being a different texture….the palm, wrist, thumb, and fingers. Ms. Jackson says, "I was blown away by their creativity and the vision they had for their hand! My students continue to surpass my expectations daily! Art has truly been a blessing for me!"
