We are helping our first-year educators find their place! Our New Teacher Academy enables our first-year teachers feel supported, encouraged, & ready for a fantastic year! Throughout this year-long academy, our newest educators will receive guidance and support as they strengthen communication with fellow educators & parents, sharpen their organizational and teaching skills, and build confidence in classroom management. Through meaningful, hands-on activities, they’ll be prepared for the real-life situations that come with leading a classroom each day. We already know these educators are fantastic, and New Teacher Academy gives them another layer of support as they grow, learn, & find their own strengths in the classroom. At Levelland ISD, we believe great teachers deserve great support! We are so grateful for our mentors and leaders (Terri White, James Daniel, Gracie Ruiz, Matthew Birdwell and Rodney Caddell) who pour into our newest educators, and we couldn’t be prouder to have these teachers as part of our Lobo family!
