Earlier this week, Keep Levelland Beautiful honored our LISD Maintenance crew with a special appreciation lunch! KLB recognized these hardworking men for all they do behind the scenes to keep every LISD campus looking its best. From mowing and landscaping to repairs, improvements, moving equipment, filling flower pots, preparing for events, putting out trash cans, and tackling the countless jobs that pop up each day, this crew is always working. Their work often happens without much fanfare, but the results of their hard work show across our district. They take pride in our schools and help create campuses that are safe, welcoming, and beautiful for our students, staff, families, and community. We are grateful to Keep Levelland Beautiful for recognizing a group of employees who do so much for LISD, and we are especially thankful for our Maintenance crew and the pride they take in caring for our schools. Thank you, gentlemen, for helping make LISD a place we are proud to call home!
